In general, as an agency, we’ve been shifting to more sustainable multilayered practices over the years; increasing our digital and virtual experiences (as well as our audience engagement figures). The key to a successful experience is digging into objectives, audience insights and then defining the most creative strategy to achieve goals. Below are some of our recent highlights from the last few years.
Sometimes you have to go beyond the live concept of what is an “experience”. A leading fintech brand asked us to come up with a bespoke solution to encourage their audience to engage with their exclusive content. They also requested key metrics and analytics so they could evaluate the most engaging content to produce stronger future resources.
Instead of the traditional livestream, we created an online hub platform with interactive hosted content available on-demand, and supported with optimisation, as well as troubleshooting.
The Result: Our client saw some of their highest content engagement figures to date. This helped them shape the direction of not only their content but the overall business for the year ahead.
How do you unite regional teams at an all company event for a client who wanted to ensure interactivity and inclusivity of each party dialling in from their separate locations?
We set up a fail proof technological solution to two-way broadcast with live conversation between MCs in each location – developing clever scripting and crossover strategy to ensure seamless flow and highly engaging delivery throughout the day. Our team worked with the speakers to ensure they were fully prepared, rehearsed and well versed with the technology and show flow.
The Result: A highly engaging, and most importantly fun, day of interactions and collaboration between regions that fostered a closer working community – most importantly; without any technical glitches!
We’ve also been asked to use our creative expertise in activating brand messages to face to face audiences (before amplifying to the digital world), to help refresh and reimagine another client’s online webinar series. They also requested guidance on how to make sensitive conversations more accessible to their wider audience.
We developed personable content, collaborated on scripting and advised on best practice to increase audience engagement. We then provided speaker guidance, before producing and directing a series of videos (including opening and closing stings) and social media teaser clips.
The Result: The content series facilitated more open discussion, removing some of the usual boundaries that obstructed deeper conversations between a brand and its audience.
We’ve directed and recorded a number of podcasts over the years. We recently hosted a live collaboration between the Irish Times and one of our clients to complement their wider International Women’s Day activities. The podcast was one of a few different initiatives we hosted, to help our client with their annual efforts to celebrate women in business.
The panel included a senator, a CEO and spoken word artist and explored how speaking out and sharing challenging life experiences can have a positive impact on society.
The Result: An empowering message from the brand that was recorded live, widely broadcast and listened to countrywide.
We recently created a dedicated TV channel in a purpose-built studio for a global institution to run alongside their annual summit which shapes the future of the finance industry (literally). The event’s sessions were also live streamed and integrated into an exclusive online environment.
We ensured that the channel provided up-to-the-minute financial news, interviews with powerful industry figures, as well as dedicated bitesize online content for audiences to interact with.
The Result: The channel now has 4,500+ subscribers engaging regularly and is seen as the go-to hub for payments related content. (Oh and we also broke all previous records since the event began in 1978, bringing together almost 12,000 business leaders in London!)
We were asked to help with an online EMEA Employer Brand Campaign, to recruit and retain the best sales talent. To meet the clients objectives, we devised and created a series of engaging videos, that would captivate the minds of the top sales professionals throughout Europe.
As well as providing storyboarding, direction and production, we localised content in each key city to make the message of each video as relatable as possible.
The Result: Thousands of views across online channels in different regions: Successfully providing insights into office bases and culture at key European locations, showcasing what was special to each working environment.
