Our incentives superstar Frankie is recognised by the industry once again
We’re proud to announce that for the second year in a row, our Frankie Venturi has made the C&IT 35 Under 35 Agency A-List!
The list celebrates the best talent in agency planners, recognising them as driving forces in innovation and the prosperity of our industry… and our Senior Project Manager certainly deserves a spot for her efforts over the last year!
Frankie has built her career in events, specialising in Brand Incentive Experiences, providing bespoke travel and experience programmes for some of the world’s leading brands. When 2021 presented the industry with one of its biggest challenges to date, with changes to global travel limitations across all regions, Frankie was able to guide clients (and many suppliers) throughout this difficult period, mitigating disruption by immediately looking to the future and re-imagining what the Incentives business could look like in 2021 and beyond.
Outside of work (and the world of luxury travel) she's happiest out in the elements exploring nature and has spent many a weekend camping the South West coast of England. Her dream incentive would be to develop and deliver an expedition in Nepal across the Himalayas, or trekking through Mongolia’s Gobi Desert with a nomadic tribe – though we're unsure if she'll find a client who'd reward their teams with long treks over such harsh terrains!
Later in the year, Frankie will be featured in C&IT’s digital book showcasing young events agency professionals to watch in 2021 and insights they’ve gained during their careers in the industry.
